Do not like your product? No problem! We offer returns on most items within 30 days of receiving. return shipping at this time is the responsibility of the customer.
UNLESS there is a manufacturer error on our end. Please email us to discuss your situation and we will do what we can! Please read below for more info.
If for whatever reason your item has not been received within the 2-4 week shipping time frame please contact us!
Should you wish to return any of the items in your purchase
Please contact us within 4 days of receiving item to discuss return. Once we have been contacted you have 2 weeks to return the item if it meets the requirements. if 30 days have gone by since you have contacted us, and the item has not been shipped, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. As always though, please contact us with any trouble.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and store credit will be issued.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be entitled to refund, unfortunately our Super Sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale. We must adhere to this policy in order to keep our prices down. We apologize for any inconveniences
Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If a return and/or refund is granted we will provide an address for you to send your products to.
***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please also consider using a trackable shipping service when returning***
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
